When I was 15, I already knew what I wanted to be.
An interior designer.

I was obsessed with spaces—how they looked, how they flowed, how they made you feel. Furniture, architecture, moodboards—I devoured it all. That dream lit me up.

But somewhere between teenage ambition and adult responsibility, something shifted. The world’s voice got louder than mine.

No, you can’t.
You’ll fail.
You don’t deserve it.

I started repeating those thoughts like gospel—until they became my reality. And honestly? It’s taken me years to even realise how much I was holding myself back.

Like so many people, I chased the ‘right’ labels. The respectable jobs. The titles that sounded good at dinner parties. But what I lost along the way was something much more important: a sense of alignment. Of peace. Of self-belief.

We grow up with this idea that success is a straight line—a well-paid job, a perfectly decorated house, maybe a family, maybe a promotion. Tick the boxes, and you’ll feel whole. Right?

But here’s the truth: success without connection feels empty.

It wasn’t until I hit my 40s—41, to be exact—that I finally said: enough.

Diagnosed with ADHD, a lot of things started to make more sense. I began forgiving myself for all the ways I’d judged and doubted who I was. I gave myself permission to start again. Not from scratch, but from a place of truth.

And that’s when everything started to shift.

I realised it was never about the job title. Not really.

It was about feeling aligned. Feeling calm. Feeling at home—in my life, in my space, in myself.

Because when your space reflects who you are (or who you're becoming), it’s not just about aesthetics—it becomes a mirror. A mood shifter. A container for growth.

So what does success look like now?

  • Waking up in a home that feels like peace, not pressure.

  • Moving through your day without constant chaos.

  • Feeling grounded in your environment—even if the rest of life feels uncertain.

  • Creating a space that supports your energy, not drains it.

Even if you don’t feel like you’re where you should be right now—that’s okay.

Sometimes we need a reset. A space to pause and redefine what actually matters to us. Not to our parents, or society, or anyone else. A chance to rewrite the rules and say: I get to feel good now. Not later.

Because once you feel grounded and fulfilled right where you are, that’s when everything else begins to fall into place.

And that’s exactly why I’m building The Transformative Home Blueprint™.

It’s not a styling guide. It’s not a Pinterest-perfect makeover. It’s not about perfection at all.

It’s a step-by-step system to help you reconnect with yourself by reshaping your space (and your mindset) to support the version of you you’re becoming.

Even if you don’t know who that is yet—this will help you figure it out.

Through reflective tools, intentional rituals, emotional styling guidance, and energetic resets, the Blueprint gives you more than just a beautiful home.

It gives you:

  • Clarity in the chaos

  • A safe space to recharge and reflect

  • The confidence to step into your next chapter

It’s not about changing everything overnight—it’s about creating a home that gently supports the change happening within you.

The Blueprint is for you if:

  • Your home feels overwhelming, chaotic, or disconnected

  • You feel like you’ve outgrown your space or identity

  • You crave a reset, but don’t know where to begin

  • You want to feel clear, calm, and supported right now, no matter what your job title says

  • You’re done waiting to feel "ready" and want to start feeling aligned today

Because when your environment starts to reflect your truth—your energy, your needs, your intentions—everything else starts to shift too.

So no, I didn’t become an interior designer in the traditional sense. But I did create a life that feels like mine. A home that holds me. And a system that I truly believe can help others do the same.

The Transformative Home Blueprint™ is coming soon.
If you’re ready to feel better in your space and your skin, I hope you’ll come along for the journey.
