Why It Works

Some beds want to be the main event. Soho manages it without trying too hard.

The design is deliberately broad and low, with a substantial upholstered base and clean, straight-lined headboard creating a strong, architectural silhouette. That extra width gives Soho its presence, while the lack of fussy detailing keeps the overall effect calm rather than imposing.

Underneath, a sprung slatted base provides flexible support for your mattress. So while the shape does plenty of visual work, the construction hasn't forgotten what a bed is actually there to do.

How It Works in the Room

Soho is wider than a standard mattress footprint, and that's rather the point.

Its broad upholstered frame gives the bed a more settled, built-in feeling and creates an immediate anchor for the room. In a bedroom full of wardrobes, bedside tables and other straight-edged furniture, that generous fabric-covered form also introduces welcome softness without requiring lots of additional decoration.

If you're working with a smaller room, measure the full bed dimensions rather than mattress size alone before ordering. The Double measures 171cm wide × 227cm deep, while the King measures 187cm wide × 237cm deep. Both are 91cm high.

Give it enough breathing room and Soho does something useful: it makes the bed feel intentionally placed rather than simply fitted into whatever space was left.

Make It Yours

For a softer, tonal bedroom, White Clay Twill is the natural starting point. Pair it with warm timber, chalky neutrals, textured bedding and lighting with a little weight to it.

Dapple Grey Velvet can take things moodier. Dark woods, brushed metals, off-white bedding and warmer lighting stop grey becoming too cool or corporate.

And Ink Blue Weave is the colour choice without being the shouty choice. It works particularly well against warm neutrals, walnut tones, rusts and softer creams.

Whichever direction you take, Soho already brings plenty of shape to the room. You don't need to decorate around it for dear life.
